You will be able to order food if you so wish, house hunting and constant chatting is a hungry business.
• What is Buddying Up? Often you might be looking for a room or one bedroom property in a certain area. There is the possibility that others are too. Why not seek them out and see if you get on. If all things are rosy you can then “buddy up” and look for property together either two rooms in one property or a two bedroom self contained property.
• I am a bit shy, can I bring a friend? Going to a bar on your own is never an easy thing so you are more than welcome to bring a friend/s. You can always start your night off at the event and go from there. If you want to come on your own, don’t feel afraid to do so as the set up is a totally informal affair in a completely relaxed atmosphere. In addition the Outlet staff will be there to talk to about your housing needs and generally to make you feel welcome (over a glass or two – first one is free) and point you in the right direction. Add to that some chilled, top DJ music and you are bound to enjoy yourself.
• Can anyone attend? Absolutely! This evening is entirely free and open to everybody who has a room or property to let or is seeking a new home. You can also bring your friends (they do not need to register). You also do not have to be registered with the Outlet website and can come totally independently. Outlet’s expert property staff are overseeing the running of the event and will be on hand to answer any of your property related questions.
